What is CoverVersions?
CoverVersions is a combination of the artist’s interests from his formative years; his passions are art, music, movies, photography and sport. Rob always wanted to be an album cover designer inspired by the likes of Roger Dean, Rodney Mathews and Hipgnosis among many others. Whilst that was not possible, Rob decided to recreate the tactile nature of holding and admiring the vinyl LP covers of his youth by reinterpreting, in oils, giant versions of those covers.

What does CoverVersions sell?
CoverVersions sells premium quality canvas prints of artwork based on interpretations of album artwork, movie scenes, sporting occasions and the artist’s own photography. The prints are hand signed limited editions and come with a certificate of authenticity. The canvases can be purchased farmed or unframed to suit the customer’s decor, and every print order comes with a free wall-mounting kit.
How can I trust buying on CoverVersions?
We know that safety and trust are really important to you and being frequent online shoppers ourselves we take it seriously. When you purchase an item from CoverVersions, we process every purchase personally and we select our suppliers with care and so that you can buy with confidence.
Why am I required to register before making a purchase?
Registering is quick and easy, we require only a password in addition to the email that you provide. Having an account lets you keep track of your orders’ status from your dashboard easily.
How do I change my email settings?
To change your connected email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:
On the Main Menu you’ll see the “Shop” drop-down menu. Click on “Account/Register”.
Select “Account Details”. You are then able to change your connected email address, shipping address, and specify if you’d like to receive emails from CoverVersions.
I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?
It happens to the best of us. Go to this page so you can set a new one.
Can I make my own list of favourite products? Where can I see it?
Yes! If you like a product just click on the “wish” (heart) icon below it. This will automatically save it to your wishlist, which you can find under your account dashboard. Select the “Shop” drop-down menu from any page and you’ll find a link called ’Dashboard’. Click on your dashboard to access your wishlist.
What forms of payment does Artday accept?
We are accepting payment with Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.
Are my payments secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.
For your own safety we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.
Buying on Artday
When you buy something on Artday, the money goes into a neutral escrow account so the Seller does not get paid until you have received your product and had time to review it.
The funds are not released until 48 hours after Artday has gotten confirmation that you have received your item. So you can be confident that you will get what you bought and know that it is what it is advertised to be.
How do I check the status of an order?
In “My orders” you can see the progress of all of them. Once delivered, you will receive more information on how to track the package and when it will arrive.
To check the status of your sale, hover over your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click it and choose ‘Orders’ in your dashboard, which is a page of all your active and previous orders.
If on the right hand side of the listing title the icon is Orange, it means that the item has not shipped yet. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the tracking number has been put into the system and your order receipt with your dashboard will provide the info for you to track the shipment.

What is the shipping return?
The artwork is prepared at our printer and delivered to CoverVersions for quality checks and any final personalisation. The artwork is then delivered directly from CoverVersions to you. So you can be sure it will leave us in perfect condition.
We select recommended and trusted shipping carriers for our products.
In case of any concerns with the delivered Artwork then please contact email@example.com and we will attempt to resolve the problem directly.
Which countries do we ship to?
CoverVersions will ship artwork to the UK, the European Community and North America. Please note you will be responsible for your country’s import taxes out side of the EC.
How much will the delivery cost me?
Shipping in the UK is a standard
This is subjective depending on the destination. Also the size of the product and delivery type (standard or express) will affect the price. The delivery charges for each region are indicated on the payment processing pages.

*Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges.
How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?
The delivery time depends on your location.
In the UK this is typically 5 working days from the payment of the order.
CoverVersions offer regional to worldwide shipping depending on the product.

The majority of our products are custom made and sent to you direct from our manufacturer. Orders can only be cancelled same day of ordering by 5pm by telephone. Out with these timescales, you can return your items for a full refund subject to the terms and conditions listed in greater detail on our Refund Policy page.
